📖 EPISODE 6: DISSOLVE THE UNIVERSE

The elevator descended from the skyscraper in an almost sacred silence. The adrenaline of the system collapse and the heat of the kiss on the roof still pulsed in Kelma's veins. But, after heading to the studio, the reality of the physical world hit her.
The space on the right, once dominated by Jonah's rack of heavy synthesizers and tangled cables, was completely empty. He had left, trying to erase his own code on another continent. Kelma walked slowly, her fingers touching the mixing board, feeling that void in her chest that the absence of a creative partner leaves behind.
But the studio didn't stay silent for long.
The soft, sparkling sound of a clean guitar, drenched in layers of reverb and chorus, filled the room. It was an 85 BPM time signature, calm, yet loaded with an almost palpable tension. A nervous intro.
Broklin stood in the center of the studio, his electric guitar hanging from his shoulder. He didn't have the posture of an arrogant rockstar. He stood with slightly uneven breath, his eyes locked on hers, his heart on his sleeve.
He took a step forward, the synthesizer pads began to swell in the back of the studio, creating a lush atmosphere, as if the ceiling were opening up to outer space.
— The studio changed. We changed — Broklin's voice echoed through the monitors. It wasn't a scream, it was an almost celestial vocal, soft, carrying the weight of someone who finally found his safe harbor. He pulled a piece of paper from his pocket. — "Kel, I wrote this on the back of a guitar tab... It says: 'The cosmos is just our echo', and every star we steal tonight... will shatter into wedding rings..."
Kelma held her breath, her eyes filling with tears as the Dream Pop melody began to rise, the synthesizers shining like stars being born in the dark of the studio.
Broklin put the paper away and walked toward her, the music growing into an uncontrollable emotional crescendo.
— "So, ARE YOU GOING TO—" — his voice rose, the guitar exploding into vibrant and luminous chords, entering the euphoric chorus. — "(oh-oh-oh) dissolve the universe with me? (oh-oh-oh) Break the simulation? Reboot as a binary... AH-AH-AH SAY YES OR LIE!!!"
The studio around them seemed to vanish. The music was so immersive, so grand, that the concrete walls gave way to a starry void. The floor beneath Kelma's feet seemed to turn into a galaxy of melting pixels.
And then, at the peak of that Shoegaze sonic euphoria, Broklin let go of the guitar, leaving it hanging on the strap, and knelt.
He placed one knee on the glowing floor.
Kelma brought her hands to her mouth, her heart racing to the exact rhythm of the 85 BPM kick drum. Broklin opened a small black velvet box. But there was no diamond ring there. What floated above the fabric, rendered in pure energy, was a small and perfect black hole, bending the light around them. A symbol of infinite gravity. A singularity.
— "I know you hate tradition..." — he sang softly, looking up from below with the most passionate smile she had ever seen. — "So, will you let our atoms merge tonight? I am yours in all timelines."
Kelma couldn't answer with words. The universe was literally dissolving around them. She threw herself into his arms, the "yes" lost in the midst of a euphoric kiss, while the celestial chorus played infinitely on the RQS servers.
Part 2: The Expansion of the Empire
The black hole continued floating, silent and infinite, above the small black velvet box. The neon lights of the underground studio no longer existed, replaced by a lush and distorted stellar projection generated by the Shoegaze wall of sound that Broklin had conjured.
Kelma looked at the singularity, then at the eyes of the bassist still kneeling before her. Tears streamed down, but the smile that tore across her face was sharp, ambitious, and absolutely radiant. She wiped her face with the back of her hand, her voice coming out choked, but full of a newly discovered strength.
— Babe... do you... want to... marry me? Or rather, dissolve the universe with me??? — She let out a genuine laugh, the crystalline sound cutting through the fuzz and delay wall of the guitars. — Hahaha, I am impressed with your creativity, my love!
She took a step forward, closing the distance between them.
— Of course I do! — Kelma continued, her eyes flashing with the promise of a new future. — And starting today, you will command RaQuel Synths with me! If Jonah doesn't want to be with us, that's his problem. He chose to flee the code. I am with someone who will build an empire together with me. Do you accept the proposal?
Broklin didn't just smile. His face lit up with burning devotion. He closed the small velvet box, but the black hole hologram didn't disappear — it expanded, enveloping them both in a mantle of digital stardust.
He stood up slowly, putting the box in his jacket pocket, and held Kelma's face with both hands, his thumbs caressing her cheeks while the 85 BPM guitar created the perfect climax around them.
— Jonah was the heavy gravity that kept us on the ground, Kel... — Broklin whispered, his voice heavy with promises and electricity, their faces millimeters apart. — We left him in the past. Now, we are the anomaly. And I accept your proposal with every line of code of my existence. We aren't just going to command RaQuel Synths... we are going to reprogram the entire reality.
He slid his hands to her waist, pulling her in to press their bodies together completely.
— This empire we are going to build won't just fit on Earth — Broklin continued, his dark eyes reflecting the studio stars. — We are going to spread RQS across the 12 dimensions of our constellation. In the third dimension, we dominate the stages of flesh and metal. In the fourth, we hack time, making our synthesizers immortal. In the fifth dimension, we turn our albums into supernovas.
He pressed his forehead against hers, their breaths mixing, the Dream Pop euphoria reaching its celestial apex.
— And there in the twelfth dimension... where matter no longer exists and the universe returns to being just a blank concept... the only thing that will fill the infinite will be the echo of our music. Our white noise. My bass holding hands with your voice.
He finally closed the small distance that remained, taking her lips in a kiss that wasn't just a "yes", but the signing of a treaty of cosmic expansion. The studio shook, the RQS servers reached maximum capacity, and the new era of the band began — not in the ashes of Chaos, but in the infinite vastness of the Order.
