Episode 10 - The Death of Jo Cyborg and the Server Reboot
[LOG SUMMARY]: The ultimate system crash and a bloody rebirth. Broken by betrayal, Jo Cyborg spirals into despair until a Cyber Angel offers a lethal patch. A flight to Chongqing, a granted root access, and the execution of 'true_love.exe'. Jo dies in the shadows, and Jonah Cyperfield, the Metal Lord, boots up to claim his throne.
Jo arrives home. Devastated. The failures in his mainframe are visible.
Jo opens a bottle of Whiskey and takes 5 shots. All alone, he listens to the songs he and Quel composed together.
Jo: Histories, our time together... it was the best version of me, but it's over. I've been corrupted, I need to find a new destiny... AAAAAAAHHHHHH
Jo despairs and smashes the TV screen. Surrounded by blue screens of death.
A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN APPEARS.
The Cyber Angel. Silver hair. Eyes like a storm. Dressed to kill. It's not Quel. Quel is "soft". This vision is METAL.
The shattered TV screen turns into a holographic terminal where the mysterious woman begins calling out to Jo:
Cyber Angel: Hey.. Jo.. Jo!! Are you alright? I want to help you... do you trust me?
Jo: Am I alright? Of course not! I'm ruined! I lost my girlfriend to my friend and bandmate! Tell me... what do you want with me? Do you have some log about them that I don't know??
Cyber Angel: hahaha .. of course I do.. Quel reconfigured Bro and turned him against you, besides seducing him. Bro is Quel's victim! She changed his server access key, so she manipulates him however she wants, and now he is going to take control of the band RaQuel Synths.
After this bombshell revelation, his hatred for Bro deepens due to kernel inconsistencies. The band's path begins to be drawn along with the destinies of each component. The reformatting of both of them was inevitable.
Jo: I still can't believe what you said. Was Quel bothered by my Nu-Metal? By my Industrial Metal? Hah, pathetic!
Cyber Angel makes him a proposal:
Cyber Angel: Jo, I am a Heavy Metal singer. I already had my eyes on you, because I felt you were like a fish out of water in Quel's studio. Don't cry over spilled milk. They are the past. I am the woman who loves you and who holds the key to cure your broken heart. Jo, I want to format you, because that's how you will heal from this passion that wounds your soul.
Jo, still confused, thinks he is hallucinating from the alcohol and starts to mumble.
Jo: huumm oohh..eehh.. are you around here in Recife, Brazil?
The Cyber Angel reveals that she is neither a shadow nor a ghost.
Cyber Angel: hahaha… Jo.. I am neither a shadow nor your delusion! 😂 If you dreamed of a beautiful woman, that is me, because I hacked into your subconscious.
Jo is left speechless, unable to believe what he sees through the lines of code. The Cyber Angel asks him out on a casual date. No strings attached.
Cyber Angel: So.. come see me in person and you will know that I am not a delusion nor a fantasy of your mind. And I am in Chongqing, China.
Jo terminates the connection with the Cyber Angel, buys a plane ticket for the earliest date, and packs his bags. His anxiety to meet this mysterious woman becomes increasingly evident.
Early the next day, after buying the ticket to China, Jo boards the plane. More than 24 hours later, after catching connecting flights, Jo arrives in the destination city where the Cyber Angel is located.
After she sends him the meeting location, he finds her in a dark alley during the night. Jo is shocked by the resemblance of her face to the woman he dreamed of. 😮
She starts talking to him and asks for access to his server.
Cyber Angel: Jo, if you want to forget Quel, grant me access rights. Just say 'Yes'.
Jo, filled with the hatred he harbors for Bro and Quel, responds with hope:
Jo: Yes.
The Cyber Angel then initiates Jo Cyborg's formatting and types the code that grants access to Jo's kernel:

Jonah: Hah! (My f☠️cking voice is the sound of a SERVER REBOOTING AFTER A TOTAL BLACKOUT, a deep and seismic ZMMMMMMM-CLICK-BOOOOM that kicks dust off the floor. The LED in my eye, which was dead, suddenly lights up in a NEW BLOOD RED, bright, focused, and d☠️ngerous. I take a deep breath for the first time — not as the broken robot, but as the reborn monster.) I'M ☠️ HERE!!! I am at your command, commander. What are we going to do today?
