Episode 3 - Fatal Error
Status: The studio session has begun. Jo isn't just playing; he is accessing corrupted logs from when everything started to go wrong.
The track "Fatal Error" begins with heavy digital beats, yet still melodic. It is the sound of doubt.
🕵️♂️ The Trace (Verse 1)
Jo tries to locate Quel's emotional position. He sees her avatar glowing in the neon rain but cannot get close. Access is denied.
🎶 "You log in with another avatar, painted skin letting me track you far..."
🎶 "Tracing your steps in neon rain, but your love is a firewall I crash against in vain."
Jo (thought): "Why is access blocked? What is she hiding behind this firewall?"
👤 Player 2 (Pre-Chorus)
Suspicion turns into paranoia. Jo detects unauthorized network traffic. Someone else is logged into her server.
🎶 "Just a bug in your simulation... You reboot, delete me once again,"
🎶 "While another player invades your domain."
⚠️ FATAL ERROR: CORRUPTED HEART
🎶 "Left me loading on the wrong side..."
🎶 "I'm just a ghost in your server, DELETION of love in my heart forever!"
💬 Encrypted History (Verse 2)
Jo hacks the chat history. He sees the emojis. He sees the smiles that weren't for him. He knows it's Broklin, but the content is protected.
🎶 "Your history is a weapon in hand, Emojis like knives— who is happy in this land?"
🎶 "I hack the past, but it's all encrypted, I only ERROR where your love was scripted."
🌐 The Latency (Bridge)
For a second, he dreams. He imagines a patch, an update where she chooses him. But the ping is too high.
🎶 "Maybe in another life, we collide... But today the latency between us,"
🎶 "Makes me just trash you deleted from the bus."
🔥 SYSTEM CRASH (Breakdown)
The truth is unbearable. The music explodes into Nu-Metal chaos. Jo's processor cannot process the jealousy and rejection simultaneously.
🎶 (Screams) "SYSTEM FROZE! SYSTEM DOWN!"
🔊 *Sounds of burning hard drives and warning sirens*
The power goes out. Jo is at the bottom of the digital pit.
🎶 "Left me loading... in the deepest hole..."
The silence in the studio is heavy. Jo is still trembling from the intensity of the performance.
Quel (cheerful, oblivious to the drama): "Wow! That was intense! But you know what I just thought? What if we did something lighter?"
Quel: "Like... going back to the 80s? Trying to find you in a simpler time?"
Jo (staring into nothingness): "Go back in time... before he existed? Yes. Let's do that."
